In the app
Open PIXEL, go to the Me tab, and tap Delete account near the sign-in area. Confirm with Delete permanently. This works for guest accounts too — you do not need to sign in first.
Deletion takes effect immediately. The app then gives you a fresh guest account so you can keep playing offline games; nothing from the deleted account carries over.
What is deleted
- Your account is closed and your display name is replaced with "Deleted".
- Linked sign-ins (Apple, Google) are unlinked. Signing in again with the same Apple or Google account creates a brand-new account; it does not restore the old one.
- Your scores are removed from every leaderboard, and your favorites, revive tickets, build tickets and the games you built are no longer reachable.
- Your in-app inbox is emptied.
What is kept
Purchase records (order, product, amount, timestamp — never card details) are kept as required by tax and accounting law. They are no longer tied to a usable account. Analytics and crash data are kept according to those providers' retention settings, as described in the privacy policy.
If you cannot use the app
Email hello@omniworlds.ai from the address you want us to reply to and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and act within 30 days. If you have signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one so we can locate the account. Guest accounts are anonymous and we may not be able to identify one by email — the in-app path above is the reliable route for guests.

在应用内
打开 PIXEL，进入 我的，在登录区附近点 删除账号， 再点 永久删除 确认。游客账号同样可以删除，不需要先登录。
删除立即生效。之后应用会给你一个全新的游客账号，可以继续玩离线游戏； 被删账号里的东西不会带过来。
会删除什么
- 账号关闭，显示名改为"Deleted"。
- 绑定的登录方式（Apple、Google）解除。用同一个 Apple 或 Google 账号再登录会得到一个全新账号， 不会恢复旧账号。
- 你的分数从所有排行榜移除；收藏、复活券、生成券和你造的机子都不再可用。
- 应用内信箱清空。
会保留什么
购买记录（订单、商品、金额、时间——从不包含卡号）按税务与账务法规要求保留， 但不再关联任何可用账号。分析与崩溃数据按对应服务商的保留策略处理， 见隐私政策。
无法使用应用时
用你希望我们回复的邮箱发信到 hello@omniworlds.ai 要求删除账号，我们会回复确认并在 30 天内处理完成。如果你用 Apple 或 Google 登录过， 请告诉我们是哪一个，方便定位。游客账号是匿名的，靠邮件可能无法确认是哪一个—— 游客请优先走上面的应用内路径。
