Who we are
Omniworlds makes PIXEL, a pixel-art arcade app. This policy covers the PIXEL app and this website. Questions or requests: hello@omniworlds.ai.
What we collect
- An anonymous account. The first time you open the app we create a guest account with a random identifier and an auto-generated display name (which you can change). No email, phone number, or real name is required to play.
- Sign-in details, if you sign in. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and exists so your progress survives a new device. We store the provider name and the stable user identifier that provider gives us. Your sign-in token may contain your email address; we use it only to verify the token and we do not store your email address. If the provider supplies a name, it may become your display name.
- Gameplay data. Which game you played, your score, how long the run lasted, how many revives you used, start and end times, in-run event counts used to validate scores, your favourites, and your daily-challenge entries.
- Purchase records. If you buy a revive, the payment itself is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We store the product, the store's transaction reference, the status, the amount, and the timestamps. We never receive or store your card details.
- Analytics events. App opened, run started, run ended with a score, revive prompt shown, share tapped. These are tied to your anonymous account identifier. We do not record your screen, and we do not automatically capture your taps.
- Crash and error reports. When the app or our server hits an error, a report is sent containing the error, the app version, and basic device and operating-system information supplied by the reporting SDK.
- Your IP address, in transit. It appears in our web server's request logs and is used briefly, in memory, to rate-limit abuse. We do not store it alongside your game data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- We do not run advertising SDKs and we do not build advertising profiles.
- We do not record your screen or your sessions.
- We do not ask for or collect your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Why we use it
- To run your account — keep your progress, favourites, and display name across sessions and devices.
- To run the leaderboards — rank scores, and check submitted scores are genuine so the boards stay honest.
- To deliver what you paid for — match a store purchase to your account and grant the revive.
- To fix and improve — find crashes, and see which games people actually finish.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers, each for one job, and each receives only what that job needs:
- Apple and Google — sign-in and in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat — reconciles store purchases with your account. It receives your anonymous account identifier and the purchase details.
- PostHog — product analytics, on its European servers. It receives the events listed above and your anonymous account identifier.
- Sentry — crash and error reports.
- Hetzner — our server and database, hosted in Singapore.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account, score, and purchase data is kept while your account exists, because a leaderboard is a permanent record by nature. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for tax and accounting. Analytics and crash data are kept according to those providers' retention settings.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Me → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately; linked sign-ins are removed and purchase records are kept as required by law. Full details: Delete your account.
You can also email hello@omniworlds.ai and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and act within 30 days.
One honest limitation: if you have not signed in with Apple or Google, your account is anonymous and we have no way to connect an email to it. Tell us your display name and roughly when you played and we will do our best, but we may not be able to identify it with confidence. If you have signed in, tell us which provider you used and we can locate it.
Children
PIXEL is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced in the app.

我们收集什么

- 登录信息（如果你登录）。用 Apple 或 Google 登录是可选的， 目的是让你换设备后进度还在。我们保存登录渠道名称，以及该渠道给我们的稳定用户标识。 登录令牌里可能带有你的邮箱，我们只用它完成验签， 并不存储你的邮箱地址。如果渠道提供了名字，它可能成为你的显示名。
- 游戏数据。你玩了哪款游戏、分数、单局时长、用了几次复活、 开始与结束时间、用于校验分数是否作弊的局内事件计数、你的收藏，以及每日挑战成绩。
- 购买记录。你购买复活时，付款本身由 App Store 或 Google Play 处理。 我们保存商品、商店给的交易凭据、状态、金额与时间。 我们不会收到、也不会存储你的银行卡信息。
- 分析事件。应用启动、开始一局、一局结束及分数、复活弹窗出现、 点击分享。这些事件关联到你的匿名账号标识符。我们不录屏，也不自动采集你的每一次点击。
- 崩溃与错误报告。应用或服务端出错时会上报一份报告， 内容包括错误本身、应用版本，以及上报组件提供的基本设备与系统信息。
- 你的 IP 地址（仅在传输过程中）。它会出现在我们 Web 服务器的请求日志里， 并在内存中被短暂用于限流防滥用。我们不会把它和你的游戏数据存在一起。
我们不做什么
- 不出售、不出租你的数据，不向数据经纪商提供。
- 不接入广告 SDK，不构建广告画像。
- 不录屏，不做会话录制。
- 不索取、不收集你的位置、通讯录、相册、摄像头或麦克风。
用来做什么
- 维持你的账号——让进度、收藏与显示名跨会话、跨设备保留。
- 维持排行榜——给成绩排名，并校验上报的分数是否真实，让榜单干净。
- 交付你付费买到的东西——把商店的一笔购买对上你的账号，并发放复活。
- 修问题、做改进——定位崩溃，了解哪些游戏真的有人玩得下去。
还有谁会接触到
我们使用少量服务商，每家只负责一件事，也只拿到这件事需要的数据：
- Apple 与 Google——登录与应用内购买。
- RevenueCat——把商店购买与你的账号对账，会拿到你的匿名账号标识符与购买信息。
- PostHog——产品分析，数据存放在其欧洲服务器，会拿到上文列出的事件与你的匿名账号标识符。
- Sentry——崩溃与错误报告。
- Hetzner——我们的服务器与数据库，位于新加坡。
法律要求时，我们也可能依法披露数据。
保存多久
账号、成绩与购买数据在你的账号存在期间一直保留——排行榜的性质决定了它是一份长期记录。 购买记录会按税务与账务需要保存。分析与崩溃数据按对应服务商的保留策略处理。
删除你的数据
在应用内打开 我的 → 删除账号 并确认即可，账号立即删除； 绑定的登录方式会解除，购买记录按法律要求保留。详细说明： 删除账号。
也可以发邮件到 hello@omniworlds.ai 要求删除账号。 我们会回复确认，并在 30 天内处理完成。
有一条要如实说明的限制：如果你没有用 Apple 或 Google 登录过， 你的账号是匿名的，我们无法把一个邮箱与它对应起来。你可以告诉我们显示名和大致游玩时间， 我们会尽力查找，但可能无法有把握地确认是哪一个。如果你登录过， 告诉我们用的是哪个渠道，我们就能定位到。
儿童
PIXEL 并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会在知情的情况下收集他们的数据。 如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了数据，请发邮件告知，我们会删除。
政策变更
如果本政策有修改，我们会更新本页顶部的生效日期。重大变更还会在应用内公告。
